A 2020 American romantic drama film called After We Collided is directed by Roger Kumble and written by Anna Todd and Mario Celaya. It is the follow-up to After (2019) and the second overall picture in the After series and is based on Todd’s 2014 novel of the same name. As Tessa Young and Hardin Scott, respectively, Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Josephine Langford reprise their roles in the movie.

After We Collided Storyline
Hardin Scott encounters an unidentified homeless guy a month after his separation from Tessa Young, whom he rejects when the man attempts to ask him a question. Tessa recounts an unsettling interaction with coworker Trevor Matthews on her first day as an intern at Vance Publishing. Christian Vance, the owner of Vance’s, invites Tessa, Trevor, and his secretary Kimberly, and a work event in the Seattle region because he is impressed with Tessa’s job.
Tessa and Trevor meet and make an impression on a businessman who is thinking about investing in Vance at a nightclub. Tessa calls Hardin while intoxicated, forcing him to find her. When he enters her hotel room, Trevor is just partially clothed (whose clothes were drying after Tessa accidentally spilled wine on them). Before the two have sex, Tessa and Hardin quarrel after Trevor is thrown out of the room by Hardin. Hardin and Tessa argue once more the next morning before Tessa and Trevor depart with Vance, who tells his interns that he has obtained finance from the businessman.
Both Tessa and Hardin eventually regret their choice to call it quits on their romance. Hardin enters the apartment with his mother Trish as Tessa goes back to the one-bedroom unit she shared with Hardin to get some possessions, leading Trish to believe the two are still dating. Trish confesses to Tessa the cause of Hardin’s personality issues: he was traumatized after witnessing Trish being savagely raped by guys that his father had introduced her to. Tessa plays along and discovers that she likes spending time with Hardin and Trish.
