Moradabad: A warrant has been issued by the court for Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel. The Moradabad ACJM-5 court has issued this warrant against Amisha. For failing to appear in court on the scheduled day, the court has issued a warrant with a bond amount. Ameesha Patel has been given a warrant by the court for her to appear in ACJM5 on August 20, 2022. Ameesha Patel and her companions are charged with failing to show up for the program after accepting Rs 11 lakh. The actress is facing legal issues as a result of the five-year-old incident.

What Is The Whole Incident?
Ameesha Patel was scheduled to perform at a wedding reception in Moradabad on November 16, 2017, but she failed to show up despite paying an advance of 11 lakh rupees. The actress was the target of a 2017 grievance made by Pavan Varma, the event company’s manager. In this instance, Moradabad was the scene of the crime. The actress is currently being tried for violating Sections 120-B, 406, 504, and 506. Amisha and her friends have received summonses from the court, claims the complainant’s attorney. Ameesha Patel is now being tried in a Moradabad courtroom.

Court Issues Non-bailable Warrant Against Ameesha Patel
According to the summons, if Amisha continues to miss court dates notwithstanding the issuance of a warrant without good cause, a non-bailable warrant may also be issued. The actress was the subject of a warrant issued by the court on Tuesday. Nevertheless, Ameesha Patel has already encountered legal issues. Prior to this, the actress was involved in many check-bounce-related incidents.
